Thought: My Shining Knight
So, we--me and my nephew-- were playing together. At first, it was a zombie battle where we were friends (usually we're enemies) fighting the imaginary zombies in our fantasy realm. It was a tough battle. We were really in dangerous position. We were collaborating to fight those zombies.
Till suddenly ...
He was in freeze. Run towards toys' box and took my niece's plastic crown. He came up to me and said, "Ante, pa--kai ini. An--te 'kan, cantik? Ante ... put(r)i."
Then he took my hand, keep holding it until we're in battle field again. He kept me behind him while he fought the zombies alone. And kept checking on me wherever he needs to confirm anything between the battle.What a man,this baby boy!
Back to the battle.
The Zombies are getting crowded and keep coming. My baby shining knight fought alone. Throw his fists, kicking his tiny little feet to the air, kept the zombies away. Always make sure I was safe behind his back. Until then ...
My Knight suddenly falls down. He was shaking. Lying on the cold floor (great acting skill) While I kneel down beside him, calling his name (What a dramatic scene--Great director he is).
My Knight rose up. With his last strength, screaming like Hulk did and took the final battle. All. Alone ...
And since then he called me princess until the sun was down, even if our fight with the zombie long over before. First time in my life being princess. Called as princess. So funny. I am dying of holding my laugh inside. Usually he calls me ugly. Look how far imaginations took him to compromise our tiny daily fights.
Oh, did he win the battle? Let me tell you this.
Absolutely. The Shining Knight Win.
He--The Shining Knight and Ugly Princess happily went to buy some ice cream.
When suddenly, My Knight was screaming.
"AAAAGGGGHHHH"
"Kenapa, Dek?"
"IBUUK E--KIM-NYA ... KE --CU--UPAN PUNTI--ANAK!!!"
The Knight and The Ugly Princess run away from that imaginary ice cream store.
What a plot twist.
